Online Shop Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Online Shop Assistant to support the daily operations of our e‑commerce store in the food and drink sector. You will ensure orders are packed accurately, shipments are coordinated efficiently, inventory is kept up‑to‑date, and customers receive top‑notch service.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment, meeting quality and presentation standards.
• Arrange logistics via the SF platform or similar courier systems, generate shipping labels, schedule pickups, and track deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records, perform stock checks, and flag low‑stock items promptly.
• Handle customer enquiries through email, chat, or phone, resolving issues and providing product information.
• Enter data, track orders, and generate simple reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Process orders through the Shopify platform, updating status and managing basic store operations.
• Keep packing and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient.

Required profile

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for the food and drink industry and willingness to learn the product range.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; spoken Chinese is a plus.
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
