About the role
We are looking for an Operations Air Cargo professional to support our Air Operations team by handling documentation, coordinating shipments and ensuring smooth order planning.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and documentation support for the Air Operations team.
- Handle air freight documents accurately.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to meet shipment requirements.
- Plan and follow‑up on existing orders.
Required profile
- DSE or higher education.
- At least 1 year of experience in air freight forwarding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin (Putonghua).
- Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and willing to work night shifts.
