Operations Air Cargo – No Shift Required

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Air Cargo professional to support our Air Operations team. The role does not require shift work and offers a 5.5‑day work week, providing a stable environment for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced logistics settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and documentation support for the Air Operations team.
• Manage air freight documents and ensure compliance with shipment requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to verify correct shipment details.
• Enter data into daily operations systems accurately and promptly.
• Issue invoices to the appropriate parties and follow up on gateway orders.

Required profile

• Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) or higher.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in air freight forwarding.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (Putonghua).
• Self‑motivated, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
