Operations Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Monitor intraday inward funds processing streams.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues in new and existing markets.
• Clarify client/front‑office instructions, including interpretation of Chinese characters.
• Monitor client beneficiary instructions within our validation engine.
• Monitor and interact with outward payment processing flows when required.
• Handle payment enquiries.
• Manage exceptions for all non‑standard transactions.
• Assist the trading team with international treasury management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payment operations or settlement roles, preferably within fintech, financial services, or banking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable coping with uncertainties and challenges in a lean, high‑flexibility team.
• Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English.
• Prior knowledge and exposure to the finance services industry is preferred.
