Operations Associate – Part-Time (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Operations Associate is a key member of the store team, responsible for driving profitability and operational efficiency. Working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team, the role ensures accurate inventory, strong visual standards, and a safe, inviting environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate root‑causes of inventory issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to address gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales‑floor recovery, intra‑day replenishment and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor and uphold stockroom processes.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team and guest needs.
• Implement company‑level operational directives and projects in partnership with Operations & Visual Management.
• Process shipments, ensure product flow, visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.
• Leverage metrics to support business‑driving strategies and resolve client needs quickly.

Required profile

• At least 1 + year experience in a client‑centric, sales environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to achieve results individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push or move items up to 10‑15 kg.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform duties such as bending, reaching, kneeling and climbing ladders.
• Flexibility to work a roster that may include weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
