Operations Manager – Multi-Project Delivery & Process Excellence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of multiple concurrent projects, driving operational excellence across delivery, resource planning, process optimization, quality management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and operational activities, ensuring effective coordination of schedules, manpower, suppliers, subcontractors, and material resources.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, project kick‑off processes, and acceptance checklists.
• Plan and optimize resource allocation across multiple projects, balancing manpower, equipment, materials, and vendor capabilities.
• Establish effective collaboration mechanisms among operations, engineering, production, suppliers, and after‑sales stakeholders.
• Identify project and operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead issue escalation and resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, project coordination, delivery management, engineering operations, or manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for reporting, planning, and operational tracking.
• Project management and collaboration tools for workflow tracking and reporting.
