Operations Supervisor – Contract Logistics (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead a team handling daily inbound and outbound logistics at our Tin Shui Wai facility in Hong Kong. You will coordinate with internal and external partners, ensure smooth warehouse operations, and serve as the primary contact for overseas customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in daily inbound/outbound operations, including CSR and warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Supervise team members to achieve customer KPIs and monitor performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular conference calls with overseas customers and handle client complaints, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Minimum 3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, self‑motivated and willing to work overtime when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
