About the role
We are seeking an Operations / Team Leader to support our Air Cargo operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with parties, and ensuring accurate shipment planning and follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and documentation support for the Air Operations team.
- Handle air freight documents and ensure compliance with shipment requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to verify correct shipment specifications.
- Plan and follow up on existing orders to maintain timely delivery.
Required profile
- DSE or higher qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in air freight forwarding (fresh graduates may be considered for entry‑level operations).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
- Willingness to work night shifts and ability to perform under pressure.
