About the role

MetaComp is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join its Legal team in Singapore. The role involves providing comprehensive legal and operational support across contract management, corporate administration, regulatory documentation, and legal research. This position is ideal for an organised, detail‑oriented professional with a strong interest in fintech and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements, NDAs, service and vendor contracts, and maintain version‑controlled templates.
• Track contract lifecycles, renewals, obligations and key deadlines, and ensure proper execution and storage in a central repository.
• Support corporate secretarial duties, including maintaining statutory registers, preparing board and shareholder resolutions, and coordinating entity changes.
• Help prepare regulatory filings, licences, and applications, conduct legal research on Singapore and international regulations, and maintain records of regulatory obligations.
• Conduct legal research, prepare briefing materials, and provide preliminary analysis for the Legal team.
• Maintain the Legal team’s document management system and legal database.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with strong commercial awareness.
• Interest in fintech, payments, digital assets, and related financial services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
