Part-time Customer Care Representative – Digital Services & Feedback

About the role

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a part‑time Customer Care Representative to handle digital service enquiries and feedback investigations. You will work from the Sha Tin Racecourse, providing support via email and live chat across various customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through email and live chat.
• Conduct feedback investigations and collaborate with relevant parties to deliver timely responses.
• Provide accurate, efficient answers using extensive product knowledge.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and guide them on products and services.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Work flexible shifts, including day and night race‑meeting days, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum education: DSE / HKCEE or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with inbound call platforms is advantageous.
• Strong multitasking ability, self‑motivated and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm in English and 20 wpm in Chinese with 90 % accuracy.
