People and Culture Officer (Engagement & Early Careers)

About the role

Join a leading air cargo terminal operator as a People and Culture Officer focused on employee engagement and early‑career talent development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a vibrant workplace culture while supporting recruitment and development programmes for trainees and interns.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal communication initiatives to boost employee engagement and reinforce company culture.
• Assist in creating staff magazines and other communication materials.
• Organise engagement activities, wellness programmes, sports events and recognition schemes.
• Conduct employee surveys, analyse feedback and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate campus recruitment, career fairs and employer branding efforts.
• Manage onboarding, training and development for trainees, interns and early‑career talent.
• Monitor trainee progress and facilitate development programmes.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes and provide secretarial support for management‑staff meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, employee engagement or talent development.
• Experience with campus recruitment or trainee programmes is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across all organisational levels.
• Proactive, organised and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
