People Data & Analytics Manager, North Asia & SEAA

About the role

The People Data & Analytics Manager will champion insight generation within Chanel’s People & Organisation function, turning complex data into clear stories that drive strategic HR decisions across North Asia and SEAA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data analysis projects, uncovering patterns, trends and performance drivers to support people strategy.
• Design, build and maintain intuitive dashboards and visualisations, ensuring they reflect accurate business logic and KPI definitions.
• Develop semantic models and KPI dictionaries, documenting analytics standards and business rules.
• Track adoption and impact of analytics solutions, iterating based on stakeholder feedback.
• Promote analytics literacy, champion a data‑driven culture, and ensure compliance with data‑governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, HR Analytics or a related field.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in people analytics, workforce insights or business intelligence.
• Proven ability to translate quantitative findings into compelling narratives for non‑technical audiences.
