About the role
The People Experience Partner is a holistic experience architect and trusted advisor who brings the employee lifecycle to life through meaningful, human‑centred experiences. Working closely with the People Experience Lead, HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will help shape a thriving workplace aligned with Chanel’s One‑House vision.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver seamless, branded experiences across all lifecycle stages – onboarding, mobility, re‑boarding, exits and transitions.
- Shape lifecycle strategies by anticipating workforce needs, analysing data, sentiment and case trends, and proposing structural improvements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation and Workday updates while ensuring compliance across Hong Kong and Macau.
- Safeguard consistent HR operations, documentation standards and governance frameworks; drive operational excellence by simplifying workflows and strengthening governance discipline.
- Act as the primary employee‑relations advisor for assigned portfolios, managing case workflows from intake to closure and providing judgement‑based recommendations.
- Identify root causes of ER trends and enable preventative actions through policy updates, manager capability building or process enhancements.
- Translate People Experience strategic priorities (culture, engagement, wellbeing, flexibility) into actionable plans and influence leaders to adopt people‑centric practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, surfacing people insights, employee sentiment and risk patterns to inform decisions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR, employee experience or employee relations, preferably in a global or multi‑market environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, sentiment and case trends to drive improvements.
- Excellent advisory and influencing skills, capable of partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Deep understanding of HR governance, compliance requirements and best‑practice operational processes.
- Ability to manage confidential employee matters with fairness and alignment to Chanel values.
