Planner II – Nike Direct Planning

About the role

The Planner II will support Nike Direct business in Hong Kong by developing balanced business plans, managing in‑season performance and driving inventory productivity. You will work closely with the ND/NVS team, NSP planning, merchandising and finance partners to ensure financial targets are met and the marketplace remains healthy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HK ND/NVS and NSP planning teams to create business plans that balance sales, margin and inventory.
• Initiate in‑season management proposals and lead period analyses, including product‑level sell‑through and overall sales/margin/inventory studies.
• Develop ND Assortment Plans to shape consumer demand and drive growth.
• Build seasonal SKU‑level investment plans, align with merchandising and business teams, and conduct monthly rolling forecasts.
• Partner with Supply Planning to secure buy execution, capacity and inventory flow.
• Conduct weekly/monthly business reviews, analyze performance versus plan, and provide marketplace recaps.
• Align quarterly and monthly shipment plans with NSP planning and finance, tracking closely to drive actions.
• Analyze post‑season financial and product performance, delivering insights for future planning.

Required profile

• Understanding of inline and close‑out product planning and future season strategy in a retail environment.
• Strong analytical abilities to generate insights on product and store performance.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with retail business counterparts.
