Platform Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Platform Engineer to join our Agile team in Hong Kong. You will work directly with customers to resolve incidents, fulfil service requests and deliver technical solutions that keep our financial‑technology infrastructure available. The role operates on a 24/7 “Follow the Sun” shift model and leverages ITIL practices to continuously improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incidents, customer escalations and service requests promptly.
• Update and patch Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, identify efficiency gains and suggest service improvements.
• Support change management activities and drive automation projects.
• Enhance documentation, processes and reporting to increase operational value.
