PM Shift Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Hotel is seeking a proactive PM Shift Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest quality standards during the afternoon/evening shift. You will lead a team of housekeepers, manage daily operations, and support the housekeeping department in delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to verify quality standards.
• Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, identify discrepancies and prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Update the status of departing guest rooms and communicate changes to relevant departments.
• Assist housekeeping management with daily activity coordination.
• Work the PM shift (1:30 pm – 11:30 pm), including weekends, public holidays and rostered shifts as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a housekeeping department.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in administrative tasks and MS Office applications.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Hard‑working, responsible and willing to take initiative.
