PMO Operations Analyst – Hong Kong

About the role

Infosys is seeking a PMO Operations Analyst to support its Hong Kong operations. The role will ensure governance, documentation, and incident management across multiple platforms while collaborating with local and global support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure policies and procedures are followed, communicated, and adhered to.
• Create and maintain support documentation.
• Interact with other support groups (local and global) across multiple platforms.
• Record and manage all incidents and requests in a ticket‑tracking system.
• Proactively inform management of trends, significant problems and expected delays.
• Take initiative to stay current on technology and participate in training programs.
• Respond promptly through various communication channels such as E‑mail, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Symphony, Jive, etc.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or business analysis, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle, governance and change‑management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project‑management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
