Pool Car Driver

About the role

We are looking for a professional Pool Car Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation for senior management. The driver will operate a limousine, manage schedules, and ensure the vehicle is always clean and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Drive senior managers to business meetings, branch visits, and functions.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and timely pick‑up/drop‑off of passengers.
• Reconfirm flight schedules on the day of travel.
• Keep the limousine clean, presentable, and fully stocked.
• Monitor fuel, battery, and fluid levels; perform routine inspections.
• Report mechanical issues, damages, or accidents to the Transport Team and follow up on repairs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide relief driving and assist with license renewals as needed.
• Maintain daily logs of activities, expenses, parking fees, and mileage for reimbursement.

Required profile

• Valid Hong Kong driver’s licence for vehicle classification codes 1 & 2 with a clean record.
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience as a professional driver or chauffeur with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and make quick decisions.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Vehicle maintenance and minor repair troubleshooting.
• Advanced driving techniques (certified training advantageous).
• First‑aid knowledge and emergency procedures.
