About the role
We are seeking an experienced PR & Corporate Communications Manager to lead reputation‑building, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement for a listed multinational organization. The role will shape strategic messaging across internal and external channels, supporting the company’s global footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate communications strategies that enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Draft and review corporate announcements, speeches, press releases, executive messages, and internal communications.
- Partner with senior leadership to prepare keynote speeches, presentation materials, talking points, and media briefing documents for C‑suite executives.
- Manage media relations across local, regional, and Mainland China outlets, handling inquiries and identifying positive exposure opportunities.
- Monitor market developments and advise on communications responses to emerging issues.
- Coordinate corporate events, industry conferences, executive speaking engagements, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support engagement with industry associations, institutional stakeholders, and government‑related bodies, especially in Mainland China.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations or corporate affairs.
- Experience in a listed company or highly regulated industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Mainland China media landscape and stakeholder environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Proven ability to produce high‑quality speeches, executive communications, corporate reports and media materials.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently with a high level of professionalism.
