Procurement Manager

About the role

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities for non‑IT categories such as Facility Management, Outsourcing Services, Travel & MICE, Marketing Services, Professional Services, and Printing. The role focuses on delivering value through cost optimisation, supplier relationship management and sustainable procurement practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies that align with AXA’s business objectives.
• Lead sourcing and procurement for the defined non‑IT categories.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and drive value‑creation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
