About the role
The Procurement Officer will support ICBC (Asia)’s procurement activities, ensuring efficient project handling, vendor negotiations and compliance with internal approval processes.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up procurement projects and prepare materials for internal deliberations.
- Write deliberation reports covering the full project lifecycle and vendor negotiations.
- Organise internal meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Cross‑check project documentation and manage the project approval process.
- Co‑operate with relevant audit work.
- Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, administration or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, vendor management or supply‑chain; experience in a financial setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication, influencing abilities and strong analytical proficiency.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
