Product Compliance Manager – Apparel/Softline

About the role

Quince is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to design, launch, and oversee a comprehensive compliance program for its Apparel, Footwear, Bags and Accessories lines. The role ensures that all products meet labeling, packaging, safety and regulatory standards across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and European Union.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a global product compliance program.
• Develop and implement scalable compliance processes for labeling, packaging and safety.
• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, packaging, quality and legal teams to embed compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements in the US, Canada, UK and EU.
• Manage supplier compliance programs and ensure ongoing adherence to standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in product regulatory compliance for apparel, footwear, bags and accessories.
• Proven knowledge of labeling, packaging, product safety regulations and supplier compliance programs.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with development, sourcing, quality and legal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the US, Canada, UK and EU markets.
