Product Designer

About the role

Grade10, a division of MemeStrategy, is looking for a creative Product Designer to join its full‑time team. You will design a variety of licensed consumer products – from plush toys and collectibles to packaging and lifestyle merchandise – turning brand guidelines into commercially successful items.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop licensed merchandise, plush toys, collectibles, accessories, lifestyle products and packaging.
• Create original product concepts while adhering to IP brand guidelines and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with licensing partners, product development, and marketing teams to ensure creative alignment.
• Produce presentation materials, mock‑ups, production artwork, specifications and technical files for sampling and manufacturing.
• Work closely with vendors and manufacturers to guarantee product quality, feasibility and accurate execution.
• Contribute ideas for new product lines, seasonal collections and exclusive collaborations.
• Maintain commercial viability while upholding high standards of creativity and craftsmanship.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in product, industrial or merchandise design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing consumer products, toys, collectibles, packaging or lifestyle items.
• Experience working with licensed IPs, brand guidelines or corporate identity systems (highly preferred).
• Solid understanding of product aesthetics, materials, manufacturing processes and production requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D design or rendering software (a plus).
