Production Associate

About the role

The Production Associate supports Carrier’s intelligent climate and energy solutions by ensuring accurate order fulfillment and value‑added services within the warehouse. You will work closely with customers’ specifications, handle product configuration, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Program products according to customer requirements and manage order fulfillment.
• Pick items, apply stickers and labels, and pack shipments for timely delivery.
• Configure and import product data using Sensitech’s software.
• Inspect products to verify correct specifications before shipping.
• Follow EH&S practices and meet KPI targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist other teams as needed.
• Perform additional duties based on customer demand.

Required profile

• Higher diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of solid warehouse and value‑added service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, and proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Team‑player with a willingness to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with Sensitech configuration software.
