Professor/Associate Professor of Practice – School of Nursing

About the role

The School of Nursing is seeking multiple Professor/Associate Professor of Practice appointments on a two- to three-year fixed‑term basis. Successful candidates will lead advanced clinical training and laboratory teaching programmes, shaping the strategic direction of clinical education within the School.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop advanced clinical training and laboratory teaching programmes.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance clinical education and curriculum.
• Mentor and supervise students, junior faculty, and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to promote excellence in nursing education.
• Contribute to research, scholarship, and professional service activities.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification registrable with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of clinical experience with recognized national or regional excellence.
• Significant experience in teaching, training, and/or curriculum development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and innovate in clinical education.
