Program Manager – Global Fulfillment (Supply Chain) – 1‑Year Contract

About the role

Lululemon’s APAC Fulfilment Programs team is seeking a Program Manager to lead 3PL and logistics projects that expand distribution centre capabilities across the region. This onsite, contingent‑worker position will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with global supply chain objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver key APAC projects supporting fulfilment and logistics operations.
• Develop detailed program plans, roadmaps, charters, and sequencing with integration touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, costs, benefits, resources, risks, and workplans.
• Facilitate cross‑functional solution design, requirement management, and delivery.
• Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and provide solution options for decision‑making.
• Partner with the Technology organization to ensure delivery of defined capabilities.
• Oversee 3rd‑party logistics partners according to program scope.
• Create executive‑level presentations, updates, and business reviews.
• Coordinate with global fulfilment peers to maintain alignment and consistency.
• Champion lululemon’s culture and core values.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in consulting, program management, or management consulting, preferably in a vertically integrated, global retail environment.
• Experience with supply chain, distribution centre programs, and direct work with 3PL organizations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven track record in program and project management within consumer supply chain operations.
