Programme and Marketing Manager – Real Estate Network

About the role

The Programme and Marketing Manager will work directly with the Executive Director of ULI Hong Kong to shape and deliver a dynamic portfolio of events and communications for Hong Kong’s real‑estate, planning and land‑use community. This early‑career position offers ownership of programmes, direct interaction with senior industry leaders, and the chance to influence the council’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute networking and educational events on real‑estate trends, sustainability, housing, infrastructure and capital markets.
• Manage signature programmes such as the Young Leaders Group, NEXT, UrbanPlan and the Women’s Leadership Initiative.
• Oversee end‑to‑end event logistics including speakers, venues, vendors, on‑site staffing, AV, signage, photography and marketing collateral.
• Create and maintain marketing and communications assets: website content, newsletters, membership directories, press releases and event promotion.
• Support volunteer committees by setting goals, tracking progress and preparing minutes for the Executive Committee.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and revenues, and assist with sponsorship and membership growth initiatives.
• Assist the Executive Director in building relationships with nonprofits, public agencies, universities and professional groups across Hong Kong.

Required profile

• Several years of solid experience in event, programme or membership management.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a small, high‑visibility team.
