Programme Executive – Community Outreach (Tai Po Hub)

About the role

The Programme Executive will support planning, coordination and implementation of outreach services at the TOGETHER – Tai Po Hub. Working closely with local partners, the role aims to engage residents, assess needs and strengthen community resilience through a range of programmes and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop programme materials and deliver community workshops, talks, mass events, publications and social‑media content.
• Conduct outreach activities such as home visits, needs assessments and engagement of vulnerable groups.
• Collaborate with schools, community organisations and other stakeholders to implement on‑site activities.
• Monitor service progress by consolidating statistics and preparing regular reports.
• Perform administrative tasks including photo/video editing, data entry, finance processing and resource management.

Required profile

• Five subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE (including Chinese, English and Mathematics) or a university degree in any discipline.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese word‑processing.
• Experience in photo and video editing.
• Ability to perform data entry, finance processing and resource management tasks.
