Project Engineer

About the role

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to support its intelligent climate and energy solutions portfolio. In this role you will collaborate with field teams, assist in equipment design, installation and repair, and contribute to product knowledge development.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with field team members to understand support requirements.
• Repair, install, or design equipment, tools, and products as needed.
• Develop and maintain diverse product knowledge across Carrier solutions.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and partner with repair technicians to resolve issues.
• Analyze and interpret test data to address design or system‑related problems.

Required profile

• Theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree combined with relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to enhance daily work.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
