Project Manager – AI & Transformation (Finance)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead AI and transformation initiatives for a leading financial institution in Hong Kong. The role covers the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and post‑production support, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation and technology projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams and external vendors to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Drive AI, automation and digital initiatives, facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, testing, user training and change‑management activities.
• Support evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to improve processes and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure solutions comply with business, regulatory, security and operational standards.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience within the finance industry.
• Proven track record delivering technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business and technology teams.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.
