Project Manager – Airports

About the role

As a Project Manager in Artelia Airports’ Hong Kong office, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering airport planning, design, and construction projects, as well as other engineering consulting assignments. The role operates in a startup‑like environment, reporting directly to senior management and serving as the primary client liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management plans throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Define project governance structures and ensure effective coordination of internal and external teams.
• Lead client‑facing communications, conduct meetings, and produce regular status reports.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, changes, costs, and quality issues to meet approved parameters.
• Maintain and enhance project tools, systems, and documentation to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in airport management, engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects, with at least 3 years as a client‑facing project lead.
• Proven knowledge of engineering design, construction planning, budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and independent judgment abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking); additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus.
