Project Manager – Building Construction

About the role

Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead building construction projects across Hong Kong. You will work closely with senior management to drive project delivery, ensure quality, and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior management in handling current and new construction projects.
• Monitor site progress, quality control, cash flow, contractual and safety issues.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all procedures comply with statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Building, Civil, or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered membership of HKIE, MICE, IStructE, or CIOB is an advantage.
• At least 10 years post‑qualification experience in project management, preferably with main contractors.
• Minimum 3 years in a management‑level role.
• Hands‑on experience with building, fit‑out, and alteration & addition projects and strong knowledge of Building Department regulations.
