Project Manager – Digital Asset Initiatives

About the role

ICBC (Asia) is seeking a Project Manager to lead its Digital Asset Initiatives and payment system integration projects. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, efficient solutions that support the bank’s expanding digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project management for digital‑asset initiatives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.
• Streamline integration between payment systems and digital‑asset platforms.
• Identify opportunities to enhance payment efficiency and user experience.
• Diagnose process bottlenecks and implement optimisation strategies.
• Establish SOPs and promote automation adoption.
• Align technology, compliance and business teams for project delivery.
• Provide executive updates on project KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years experience in banking technology projects.
• Proven track record managing UAT, system integration and payment network projects (e.g., FPS, SWIFT, CIPS).
• Strong analytical skills to assess technical impacts and propose solutions.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources and deliver results under tight deadlines.
