Project Manager – Global Trade (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

The Global Trade team at lululemon is looking for a Project Manager to lead the setup of new distribution centres and scalable trade processes across international markets. This 12‑month contract role is hybrid, with onsite work in a Hong Kong office, and requires occasional flexible hours to collaborate with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and plan projects, conducting fit‑gap, cost‑benefit and options analyses.
• Build business cases and develop project charters, execution plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocations.
• Define KPIs and benefits‑realisation plans to support executive decision‑making.
• Lead onboarding and engagement of cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Facilitate cross‑functional delivery, manage risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions.
• Maintain momentum, ensure timely decision‑making and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Provide project governance, reporting and continuous performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Ability to work onsite in Hong Kong and adapt to a hybrid work model.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours for collaboration with international teams.
• Strong project management experience, preferably within global trade, logistics or supply‑chain environments.
