Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison for clients, translating business objectives into actionable project plans. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to delivery and handover, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and converting them into detailed project plans.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track and control project costs, provide cost forecasting, and perform variance analysis.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal specialists (e.g., sustainability, technology, workplace strategy).
• Identify potential risks such as schedule delays, cost overruns, and regulatory issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, building codes, and sustainability certifications (LEED, WELL).
• Deliver regular progress updates through dashboards, meetings, and formal reports.
• Manage project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch lists, documentation, and client acceptance.

Required profile

• Proven experience acting as the primary client contact and translating objectives into project plans.
• Ability to develop detailed scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Experience tracking project costs and performing financial forecasting.
• Demonstrated capability to lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, construction, and specialist domains.
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills.
• Knowledge of design specifications, safety standards, building codes, and sustainability goals such as LEED and WELL.
