Project Manager – Restaurant Fit‑out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of restaurant fit‑out projects across our portfolio. You will ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the high quality and brand standards expected by Maxim’s Group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept design through handover, aligning with brand and operational requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules, critical paths, and milestones.
• Prepare and manage budgets, review quotations, negotiate costs, and track expenditures.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants; review drawings for compliance and resolve design conflicts.
• Integrate kitchen, mechanical, electrical, and interior works across disciplines.
• Source and appoint contractors, manage tender processes, and supervise performance, quality, and progress.
• Handle regulatory submissions, inspections, and permits to ensure compliance with local regulations, health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Enforce site safety standards and manage project risks throughout execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of project management experience, preferably in F&B or retail fit‑out.
• Proven experience working with landlords, mall management, and authority submissions.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and AutoCAD skills.
