Property Officer – Residential

About the role

The Property Officer (Residential) will support the day‑to‑day administration and supervision of service contractors and frontline staff for residential estates managed by MTR Corporation. This full‑time position works closely with the technical team and the Owners’ Committee to ensure high‑quality maintenance and positive resident relations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and supervise cleaning, security, landscaping and concierge service contractors.
• Coordinate with the technical team to deliver quality maintenance services.
• Handle resident and owner enquiries and complaints promptly.
• Organise community activities and attend Owners’ Committee meetings, including events outside regular office hours.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners and residents.

Required profile

• Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management, or Higher Diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience managing high‑end residential buildings is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and word‑processing applications.
