About the role
As a Public Area Attendant, you will support the overall presentation of public areas and washrooms, ensuring they meet Shangri‑La’s high standards of cleanliness and guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and washrooms according to established standards.
- Monitor and replenish supplies to keep par stock levels.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department of a sizable hotel.
- Customer‑oriented, quality‑driven team player.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
