Public Relations Officer

About the role

The Public Relations Officer will plan and execute company gatherings and key subsidiary events, ensuring successful outcomes and a positive atmosphere. This role supports event etiquette, on‑site coordination, and routine PR documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and implement company gatherings and subsidiary key events.
• Arrange event etiquette and manage on‑site activities to ensure smooth processes.
• Prepare and maintain routine documentation related to public‑relations activities.
• Support additional tasks assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, public relations, media or related fields.
• Proactive attitude with strong collaboration skills across functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with video editing software.
• Familiarity with photo editing software.
• Proficiency in standard office software applications.
