Quality Assurance Manager – Home

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager – Home will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of QA policies and procedures across Connor's home product lines. This role ensures consistent quality standards, supports global offices, and collaborates with clients and third‑party labs to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Connor Group QA policies, procedures and standard formats.
• Set up new QA policies as directed by the Corporate QA Director and train offices on performance indicators.
• Manage monthly QA performance indicator reports for top‑management review.
• Analyze indicators, alert management to negative trends and recommend improvement actions.
• Provide technical QA support to merchandising teams and assist clients in establishing quality manuals.
• Maintain relationships with third‑party testing laboratories and coordinate external training.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in manufacturing or production engineering or related fields.
• Professional qualification in quality assurance.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in apparel, home products or hardlines, preferably in a multinational buying house.
• Familiarity with US and European market quality standards.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in English and willingness to travel.
