Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support New Product Development (NPD) and ensure that our health‑and‑beauty products meet international safety, testing and compliance standards from concept through launch. You will manage NPD/EPD projects, maintain technical documentation, and oversee post‑launch compliance to deliver safe, compliant products to global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise NPD teams on market‑specific safety, testing and regulatory requirements from concept to launch.
• Lead NPD/EPD projects, coordinating product testing, manufacturing quality, and supplier/factory activities to meet international regulations.
• Review product samples, packaging and artwork for safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, certifications, test reports and declarations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and third‑party labs to ensure efficient development and timely shipment release.
• Manage post‑launch compliance, monitor customer feedback, investigate quality or safety issues and drive product improvements.
• Stay current on manufacturing processes and global legislation through continuous learning.

Required profile

• Experience in a technologist, product compliance or product safety role, preferably within health and beauty.
• Proven project‑management experience, delivering activities on schedule and engaging stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Effective communication with overseas counterparts, suppliers, factories and test laboratories.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and willingness to develop technical and regulatory knowledge.
