About the role
The Quant Specialist will operate Virtual Teller Machines (VTM) and deliver high‑quality customer service at ICBC (Asia) branches. This position supports smooth daily operations while adhering to control and service standards in a fast‑paced banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient transactions on Virtual Teller Machines.
- Provide courteous, customer‑oriented service to walk‑in and remote clients.
- Ensure all operational procedures meet internal control, compliance and service requirements.
Required profile
- Degree or higher education.
- 1‑3 years of experience in bank teller or counter service roles (preferred).
- Strong business sense with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Pleasant, customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
- Familiarity with account opening processes and anti‑money‑laundering (AML) requirements is a plus.
