Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will provide professional property consultations, manage the full sales cycle, and uphold high standards of customer service and ethical conduct within Hong Kong's residential market.

Key responsibilities

• Handle real‑estate sales and leasing transactions, negotiate offers, execute deals and prepare sales documentation.
• Deliver premium pre‑sales and after‑sales service to clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Generate business opportunities through direct mail, social media, warm and cold calls.
• Maintain and update the client database in the company system.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on business development and marketing collateral.
• Participate in networking events to expand the referral network and promote corporate branding.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales experience in Hong Kong’s residential real‑estate market.
• Valid EAA licence in Hong Kong.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, results‑oriented with good business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
