Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Consultant plays a key strategic role in providing professional property consultations to clients and driving sales performance for the company.

Key responsibilities

• In charge of real estate sales and leasing transactions, negotiating offers, final execution and preparing sales documents.
• Providing high‑standard pre‑sales and after‑sales services to clients.
• Developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Initiating business opportunities through direct mail, social media platforms, and conducting warm and cold calls.
• Maintaining and updating the client database in the company system.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on business development activities and marketing collateral.
• Participating in networking events to expand the referral network, generate new business opportunities, and promote corporate branding.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales experience in the Hong Kong residential market.
• Valid EAA license in Hong Kong.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proactive, responsible, results‑oriented individual with good business acumen.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
