Regional Director, IT Finance Control

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international financial services organisation to appoint an experienced Regional Director, IT Finance Control. This senior position sits within the regional finance and technology leadership team, providing extensive exposure to senior stakeholders across finance, technology and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support financial planning and strategic decision‑making for the IT business.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities across key functions.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and investment priorities.
• Develop business cases, financial models and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver management reporting and meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support annual planning cycles, forecasting processes and long‑range business planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business performance and operational excellence.
• Participate in transformation, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• CPA qualification.
• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, commercial finance or strategic finance.
• Experience supporting technology, operations or transformation functions within a large organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management experience liaising with senior leadership.
