Regional Senior HR Officer

About the role

APM, Ariane Prette Monaco is looking for a Regional Senior HR Officer to act as a trusted HR Business Partner for its teams across APAC and North America. You will collaborate closely with managers and employees to shape talent strategies, drive performance, and ensure a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide HR guidance, resolve issues, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for APAC (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan) and North America (USA, Canada), acting as a brand ambassador.
• Support talent management processes, including Individual Development Plans, Performance Improvement Plans, and performance reviews.
• Deliver HR analytics and insights to inform business decisions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with APM’s values and manage employee‑relations matters, including investigations when needed.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR policies across the assigned regions.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to address employee‑related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Approximately 3 years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or retail environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
