Regional Trainer – Greater China

About the role

The Regional Trainer will lead the development and delivery of Axis training programs across China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. You will ensure channel partners and customers are equipped with up‑to‑date knowledge of Axis IP surveillance solutions, adapting global content to regional market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and localise classroom sessions, webinars and trade‑show demos for Axis products.
• Coordinate with the Global Training team and regional councils to create new modules and lab examples.
• Act as the primary contact for all training‑related queries within the Greater China region.
• Support the Axis Certification Program and provide technical‑marketing assistance as required.
• Travel extensively to conduct on‑site trainings and support partner events.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of technical experience, including at least 3 years in a training or instructional role.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, capable of delivering both business and technical communication.
• Strong presentation and pedagogical skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a multinational environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China.
