About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based nursing care to patients presenting with emergency conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health professionals to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Supervise and support less‑experienced clinicians to maintain high‑quality care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Participate in emergency department training and quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent clinical experience in an emergency or acute care setting.
• Strong commitment to professional competence and ongoing development.
• Effective verbal and written communication within a diverse team.
