Regulatory Affairs Executive

About the role

The Regulatory Affairs Executive will support the Hong Kong team of a multinational health and wellness company. The role blends regulatory compliance duties with product marketing support, ideal for candidates with nutrition, food science or healthcare product backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing product portfolios (nutritional & skincare) and coordinate with internal departments on product initiatives.
• Provide consultation to distributors and respond to technical inquiries from distributors and consumers.
• Support product registration and label review in partnership with the Home Office Regulatory team for new products, formulations, and imports.
• Contribute to health‑related marketing activities, including creation of posters, videos, and promotional materials.
• Proofread technical terminology in translations and help prepare social‑media content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth product launch and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product registration, quality assurance, nutrition or consumer healthcare products.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory requirements for health supplements, food, cosmetics or healthcare products is preferred.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong written communication skills for reviewing technical or regulatory documents.
