Reservation Agent

About the role

Le Méridien is seeking a Reservation Agent to join its front‑office team in Hong Kong. The role involves handling guest reservations, providing personalized service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our cosmopolitan clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound reservation calls and emails.
• Enter and modify bookings in the property’s reservation system accurately.
• Provide guests with information on rates, availability, and hotel amenities.
• Coordinate with sales, front desk, and housekeeping to ensure reservation integrity.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high service standards.
• Upsell additional services and promotions where appropriate.
• Maintain reservation records and generate daily reports.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prior experience in hotel reservations or front‑office operations preferred.
